This role involves preparing products for shipment, inspecting items for defects, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting efficient warehouse and production operations. Key Responsibilities Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company and customer requirements. Prepare and organize goods for shipment to convenience store locations. Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled items. Verify product counts and ensure packing lists are accurate. Label, seal, and palletize shipments for distribution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or production experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and counting skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
