About the Role We're looking for a Production Assistant to join our Manufacturing team and help bring our products to life. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where design meets execution. You'll take customer ideas and turn them into production-ready files and finished products. From creating mockups to running printers and laser cutters, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products that our customers are proud to show off. What You'll Own Customer Mockups & Edits Create and update customer proofs for manufacturing Make revisions quickly and accurately based on feedback File Preparation Vectorize artwork and prepare clean, production-ready files Set up print files and cut files for manufacturing Production Equipment Operation Operate Mimaki UV printers and Mintek laser cutters Ensure quality output and consistency across products Product Design Support Collaborate with the team to design and develop new awards Support ongoing innovation within the Manufacturing Department What You Bring Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specs Experience with UV printing and/or laser cutting preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment A proactive mindset, you take ownership and figure things out Perks of Working at TrophySmack Perks of Working at TrophySmack Fun, high-energy culture with a stocked kitchen and game room Flexible PTO and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Work with a team that celebrates wins - big and small Be part of a fast-growing brand where your work shows up in real products every day Ready to help create the products that fuel championships?
