High SchoolResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation & Technical Tasks Set up and operate specialized department equipment, including CNC drill machines, lamination/exposure systems, and semi-automatic tools, with minimal supervision. Execute process-specific tasks such as loading/unloading drill cassettes, mixing dry film materials, and performing manual finishing like wet sanding. Perform routine maintenance, equipment calibrations, and minor repairs to ensure machines remain active and productive. Monitor production runs for consistency, making necessary adjustments to equipment or tables to meet tolerances.
