Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description Join our team as a Production Associate, working the night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM. Your main tasks will include loading and unloading products onto a conveyor belt, as well as moving products within the receiving, production, and shipping areas. Responsibilities Load and unload products onto the conveyor belt. Move products between receiving, production, and shipping areas. Ensure timely and efficient handling of all products. Essential Skills General labor experience is beneficial. Ability to work with production lines and loading tasks. Experience in warehouse operations, including forklift and pallet jack usage. Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required for this position. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a bustling processing plant where you will handle strawberries, predominantly outdoors in the receiving area, where it can get cold. Collaborate with a large team of 150 members, prioritizing safety and teamwork. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and a sweater, along with non-slip shoes, and no jewelry is allowed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
