Full Job Description Pay:

$19.00/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm

Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Printer Trainee to join our production team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who wants to learn print and mail operations. You'll support equipment setup, production workflows, and quality checks, ensuring accurate and timely output. Overtime, schedule flexibility, and occasional postal holiday work may be required.

Responsibilities:

Review daily workload with Print Operator/Supervisor Assist with equipment setup and production schedules Inserting materials for printing and loading racks and machines. Assist the operator in setting up jobs scheduled for assigned equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete work orders and use company software/tablets Perform quality checks on printed materials Follow all safety policies and procedures Sort and prepare materials for print and mail

Qualifications:

Willing to train Any mechanical aptitude or experience is preferred

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Print or mail experience is a plus Strong communication and basic math skills
