We produce dry blended beverage mixes and stick packs We are hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for seasoned operators who can independently set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machinery. ——————————————

WHAT YOU WILL DO

——————————————

• Set up machines at the start of each production run
• Operate machinery and monitor performance throughout shifts
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Perform mechanical repairs and routine preventive maintenance
• Complete changeovers between product runs efficiently
• Document equipment issues, maintenance performed, and production output
• Ensure product quality meets company and food safety standards
• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and facility safety protocols ——————————————

EQUIPMENT YOU WILL WORK ON

• 10-Up Stick Pack Machine
• Laser Coaters and Printers
• General packaging and production equipment ——————————————

REQUIREMENTS

——————————————

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating packaging or production machinery
• Must have Head Operator or Lead Operator experience (not entry-level)
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment independently
• Mechanically inclined — able to diagnose and perform hands-on repairs
• Experience in a food manufacturing or food production facility
• Familiar with GMP and food safety standards ——————————————

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with stick pack machines (10-up or similar format)
• Experience with laser coaters, date coders, or printing/marking equipment
• Formal mechanical training, trade school, or vocational certification
• Ability to read mechanical manuals, diagrams, or schematics ——————————————
