About The Opportunity Position Summary This position is responsible for leading the Production Line Staff. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. • High School Diploma or Equivalent Threetosixmonthsrelatedexperienceortraininginwarehouseproduction Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required Ability to plan in advance for production in your area Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written Ability to produce at a high level through your staff Ability to work with plant management for required results Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system Physical Requirements & Work Environment Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting Walking, standing, bending for duration of shift Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
