Assist with setup, changeovers, and maintenance tasks as required. Skills Proven experience in operating industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, or instructions. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
