This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a manufacturing facility, working hands-on with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment. If you're eager to contribute to manufacturing operations and thrive in a collaborative setting, this is the perfect role for you! This is a M-F 5am-130pm schedule plus OT as needed. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the facility Assist with assembly line tasks, ensuring components are correctly assembled according to specifications Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical assembly and maintenance tasks Conduct quality checks on products during various stages of manufacturing to maintain high standards Support inventory management by organizing materials and supplies in the warehouse or storage areas Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents promptly Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently and effectively Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with familiarity working on assembly lines or with hand and power tools Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding machinery and assembly processes Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort with material handling equipment and inventory procedures Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Join us as a Manufacturing Associate and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing quality products while advancing your career in manufacturing!
