Floor-Ready Requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) - Required Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (assist with paycards and Employee Workplace platforms) Strong attendance required - no absences allowed during the first 3 weeks (no preplanned time off) Ability to work mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays Money. Solid weekly pay, always on time Health, dental, and vision insurance Safe facility with strong safety rules Employee discounts that keep your wallet happy 401(k) option for planning ahead On the Line Leadership Responsibilities Check in new hires and conduct first-day safety walkthroughs Manage sign-in sheets and ensure timely start of shifts Communicate effectively with onsite leadership Assist with incident report collection and documentation Support and communicate with current associates on the floor Collect badges from terminated or departed employees Warehouse Duties Unload floor-loaded containers using manual labor and conveyor equipment Inspect trailers and product for cleanliness, damage, or contamination (including black light checks) Palletize product according to item and date code requirements Use turntables and proper lifting techniques to reduce strain Shrink wrap pallets and apply correct labeling/tags Maintain clear communication with team members to support workflow and product changes Follow a rotation schedule to minimize repetitive motion injuries Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to PPE and safety standards 4.9 Stars from the Production Crew 98% say we make it easy to find good work.
