In this role, you will be responsible for operating DTF printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production of custom printed designs, and assisting with various production tasks. Your energy and precision will help us deliver exceptional products to our clients, while supporting a fast-paced, innovative environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital printing, graphic design, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Operate DTF printing machines to produce vibrant, accurate prints according to specified designs and color profiles Prepare digital files using graphic design software, ensuring proper layout, color management, and print readiness Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards of color accuracy, image clarity, and consistency Assist with prepress tasks such as file preparation, image correction, and layout adjustments using Adobe Creative Suite tools Manage the transfer of printed films onto substrates through heat press or other finishing equipment Support the overall production workflow by organizing materials, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and troubleshooting technical issues Collaborate with team members on projects involving screen printing, flexo press operations, or CNC machining when needed Skills Strong knowledge of DTF printing technology and equipment operation Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Understanding of color management principles for accurate print reproduction Experience with prepress processes including file setup and layout design Familiarity with manufacturing environments and quality control procedures Basic knowledge of screen printing techniques and flexo press operations is a plus Ability to operate machinery such as CNC tools or forklifts is advantageous Attention to detail in typography, layout design, and print advertising specifications Excellent organizational skills to support efficient production workflows Join us in creating innovative printed products that stand out!
