Production Operator Location:

San Clemente, CA Pay:

$20-21 per hour Responsibilities Weigh, measure, and batch raw materials according to written formulas and production instructions Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMPs, and safety protocols Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Complete batch records and production documentation accurately Conduct basic quality checks on materials and finished goods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals #nowhiring Qualifications High school diploma Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred (food, chemical, or ingredient manufacturing a plus) Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and formulas Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working with powders, liquids, and strong aromas Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime if required
