If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and love the idea of making artisan ice cream from scratch, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll help prepare our house-made ice cream mixes using professional equipment, including traditional Italian Carpigiani ice cream machines. Your day will include weighing ingredients, cooking mixes, churning ice cream, and helping keep our production kitchen clean and organized. No extensive experience is required — we're happy to train the right person! Experience in food production, pastry, kitchen work, or ice cream is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Schedule Full Time Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Consistent days off: Sunday & Monday What You'll Do Accurately weigh ingredients and follow recipes Prepare and cook ice cream mixes using production equipment Operate Carpigiani ice cream machines throughout daily production Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work collaboratively with the production team What We're Looking For Reliable, motivated, and energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Comfortable standing for extended periods Previous food production or kitchen experience is appreciated, but not required
