Manufacturing Associate - 1st Shift, 5am Starting ! Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our production team in a clean, safety-focused environment. In this role, you will support the manufacturing of precision rubber components primarily used in aerospace applications. The position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work with small parts while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Trim excess rubber from components to meet exact quality and specification standards. Inspect parts for defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies to ensure only quality products continue through production. Apply adhesive carefully by painting grooves using small brushes with precision and accuracy. Perform molding operations, including preparing materials and monitoring molding equipment. Handle, assemble, and process small parts with a high level of care and precision. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Follow all production, quality, and safety protocols consistently. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding production issues or quality concerns. Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
