Immediate — quick interviews Role summary Support daily production and packaging in a regulated cleanroom following Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs. Focus on meeting production targets, maintaining quality, and accurate documentation to ensure timely product release. Key responsibilities Perform in‑process quality checks on subassemblies and finished products. Troubleshoot line issues and escalate corrective actions. Execute production and packaging tasks per GMP and SOPs. Identify material or product issues and support corrective actions. Follow cleanroom protocols for coagulation‑based manufacturing. Operate production equipment safely and complete electronic documentation using Microsoft Office and production systems. Required skills and experience Minimum two years assembly or packaging experience in manufacturing. Cleanroom or regulated medical device/pharma experience strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of SOPs, GDP, GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO expectations. Experience with machine operation, QA inspections, and packaging. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work assigned shifts and overtime. Work environment and rules Cleanroom setting; specific dress and contamination controls enforced. No makeup or lipstick; tuck necklaces; side shields required for glasses; no headphones or cell phones on the floor. Training period about six weeks; overtime may be required including occasional Saturdays. Hearing protection provided when needed.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
