About the Role We're looking for an Interior Designer who sweats the details, loves good design, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. In this role, you'll take client goals from concept to installation-ready documentation, owning the technical integrity of your drawings and specs while working closely with internal and external teams to deliver seamless results. Key Responsibilities Develop space plans and furniture layouts tailored to client needs Produce polished, client ready documentation: 2D drawings, renders and product specifications Generate accurate installation drawings Responsible for product specifications in CAP/CET Validate plans against ADA requirements, egress clearances, and applicable building codes Manage revisions with accuracy and consistency Conduct site visits and field verifications Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and manufacturer standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design 3-5 years of experience in a commercial furniture dealership environment Proficiency in AutoCAD and CET Designer Solid knowledge of building codes and ADA compliance as they relate to furniture Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing accuracy or urgency Collaborative mindset and clear communicator across clients, vendors, and internal teams High standards, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine love for the work Think you're a fit?
