This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of music video shoots, photo sessions, and post-production projects, helping bring creative visions to life. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and visual arts, ready to contribute to high-quality productions that resonate with audiences worldwide. Duties Assist with planning and organizing filming schedules, photo shoots, and production logistics Set up equipment for filming and photography sessions, including lighting, cameras, and props Support the artist during shoots by managing equipment, coordinating talent, and ensuring smooth operations Capture high-quality photographs and video footage using professional cameras and videography techniques Edit videos using software such as CapCut and Final Cut Pro to create engaging content for promotional use Collaborate creatively on storyboarding, shot lists, and visual concepts to ensure cohesive storytelling Managing Lola's calendar, communications, booking and logistics Conducting research for marketing strategy, music collaborations, etc. Completing business admin including registering new published music, tracking data, and maintaining a media list Requirements Experience in creating social media content across multiple platforms Knowledge of filming techniques, lighting setups, and post-production workflows Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive attitude with strong written and oral communication skills A passion for music culture Join us in shaping compelling visual stories that elevate musical artistry!
