Full-time Onsite Job Duties:
Troubleshooting and testing the robots, as well as monitor and track the failures and other irregularities as reported Working closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to help understand, isolate and resolve problems Verifying the reported issues, document the steps to reproduce and validate the solution/fix. This solution may be to apply the patch/upgrade or the change to the production environment Working with internal engineering teams to resolve customer issues that have not been solved through problem replication or known solutions
Qualifications:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical theory are a MUST Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills are a MUST Experience to use electrical measurement tools such as multi voltmeter and oscilloscope. Somewhat able to read schematic/blueprint and wave patterns.
