We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate (Batcher) to support bulk manufacturing operations. Job Summary The Batcher is responsible for accurately preparing, mixing, and processing raw materials into bulk cosmetic products while maintaining strict adherence to ISO 22716 and Good Manufacturing Practices. This role includes batch numbering, ingredient staging, operating heated tanks and high shear mixers, performing in-process checks, and maintaining complete production documentation. Key Responsibilities Batch Preparation & Execution Retrieve and verify work orders against pre-weighed raw materials Assign batch numbers according to traceability system Stage and verify all ingredients before batching Operate heated tanks, kettles, mixers, and pumps Melt waxes and semi-solid materials safely Transfer emulsions and water/oil phases between tanks Perform in-process checks including temperature, viscosity, and pH Safety & Compliance Follow ISO 22716 and GMP standards Maintain contamination prevention protocols Document cleaning and sanitization activities Report deviations immediately Documentation & Traceability Record lot numbers and quantities accurately Maintain complete batch production records Follow good documentation practices Equipment & Maintenance Operate batching tanks, pumps, flow meters, and high shear mixers Perform basic troubleshooting Clean and sanitize equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of batching, compounding, or manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of GMP or
