Production Operator Balance Staffing - 3.5 San Jose, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $24 - $26 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications English PCB Manufacturing facility Attention to detail Computer hardware Full Job Description We are seeking a Production Operator to support the assembly, inspection, and testing of electronic and computer hardware components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with server hardware, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production goals.
Location:
San Jose, CA Pay:
$24 to $26 hourly depending on shift
Available Shifts:
Day Shift:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Swing Shift:
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and PCBA products Perform visual inspections and basic functional testing Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Use basic tools and measuring equipment as needed Complete production and inspection documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production schedules and shipment deadlines Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience preferred Experience with electronics, PCBA, or quality inspection is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic English communication skills Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift up to 40 lbs Wear required PPE Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
