  • $24/hr
Role and Responsibilities:
Server system components (such as parts, accessories, cable assembly, HDDs, Heatsink) and PCBA (Motherboard, Memory, AOC card, Backplanes) Incoming Quality Control Perform visual inspection, measurement and function test Execute engineering change orders (ECO) and model change tasks as required. Assist test engineer/supervisor to diagnose and identify root causes for failed material / PCBA Prepare daily test report Adhere company policies, safety protocols, standard operating procedures to maintain good and safe work environment Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor Able to work overtime per business need
Skills and Experience:
High school graduate or some college experience preferred 1
  • 3 year's work experience in production/manufacturing industry preferred Basic knowledge of electronic parts and computer hardware knowledge a plus Read and understand the simple schematics and mechanical drawing is a plus Use of tools / instrument (e.
g. DVM, microscope, vernier meter, scale, and gauge) is a plus Basic written and oral
English Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:
Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items. Perform tasks that require standing and walking for long periods up to entire shift. Lift, carry, push and pull in an excess of 25lb and up to 40lbs. Able to utilize a "buddy system" for moving objects more than 50 lbs. (For applicable positions: Must be able to operate pallet jack and forklift efficiently and safely.) Must be able to wear safety shoes, earmuffs or other required PPE as needed. Primarily works indoors with controlled climate conditions.
