We are locally based and are proud to service the surrounding communities. We specialize in full color digital printing as well as graphic design and finishing services. We also offer marketing consultation, promotional product design and other services to local businesses in our community. We are seeking a qualified candidate for a position as Production / Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position. We require great attention to detail and organizational skills. As a Production Associate, you will assist in producing our client's print, promotional and design projects. You will receive full training and become proficient in a range of production equipment and tools at our facility and perform print production, bindery and other finishing tasks. You will be expected to ensure that all outgoing orders adhere to their work order and proof specifications and meet our high quality standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our workshop space to improve efficiency and maintain overall tidiness. In addition to daily production tasks, you are also responsible with assisting customer communication via telephone, e-mail, and in person interaction at our office. You will be dealing directly with customers including customer intake, responding to customer inquiries, placing work orders, and completing transactions. You will be expected to provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use good communication and attentive listening when working with customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and run print jobs per work order. Perform production tasks including folding, cutting, laminating, packaging, etc. Read work order specifications and job tickets for specific instructions. Manage product displays and stock inventory. Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers. Consult customers, listen to customer questions and concerns, and respond appropriately. Provide information about products and complete order transactions with customers. Review customer accounts, follow up on orders, and handle customer communication according to company policies. Maintain store appearance, workshop cleanliness, and general shop tidiness. Requirements Excellent organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening). Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and give great attention to details. Spanish language skills a plus. Able to lift up to 75lb. This is NOT a freelance graphic design position, nor a web design position.
