We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator - Processing to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating processing equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring all product specifications and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth production flow Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shifts Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisors Troubleshoot minor issues to reduce downtime and maintain productivity Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and reassembly Perform basic data entry and documentation (SPC processes) Help train new employees as needed Identify and reduce product waste (scrap reduction)
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred Knowledge of GMP standards is a plus LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) training required Ability to perform basic math and read product specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in environments with dust, humidity, and temperature changes
Schedule:
