Entry‑Level Production Associate - No Experience Needed Start Your Career in Aerospace Manufacturing 1st shift: $20/hr

Shift:

6am to 2:30pm ⭐ About the Role Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Production Setter , where you'll help produce high‑precision rubber components used in aircraft. This is a hands‑on role with full training provided — perfect for anyone looking to break into manufacturing and grow long‑term. You'll learn how to set up molding equipment, adjust process parameters, perform changeovers, and keep production running smoothly and safely. What You'll Do Perform and plan mold changes for aerospace rubber parts Set machine parameters (temperature, cure time, pressure, bumping) Complete part changeovers and machine setups to reduce downtime Troubleshoot basic process issues and perform light maintenance Transport molds to/from the tool shop and prep them for production Perform minor tool repairs and de‑nicking Follow all safety, ergonomic, and housekeeping standards Support daily production needs and assist other departments as needed What You Bring General labor skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 35-50 lbs Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment No experience or resume required — we train you Spanish‑speaking only is welcome
