Since 2005, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service. We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Large Format Printing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is eager to learn new skills while working with state-of-the-art printing equipment. Job Type Full-Time Part-Time opportunities may be available Schedule Monday-Friday Day Shift Typical hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Weekends Closed Compensation Hourly pay based on experience Benefits 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Position Summary The Production Operator is responsible for producing custom printed products such as banners, posters, signs, stickers, roll labels, promotional products, apparel, and other printed materials. This role involves operating production equipment, performing finishing tasks, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with shipping and customer pickups. Responsibilities Operate and assist in all aspects of print production Produce banners, posters, signs, labels, stickers, t-shirts, and other printed products Perform finishing operations including: Laminating Trimming Mounting to substrates Grommet installation Packaging and preparation for shipment Learn and operate advanced production equipment including: Flatbed Printers Roll-to-Roll Printers Roll Label Printers DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printers DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printers Digital Die Cutting Equipment Maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship Load media, inks, and materials into production equipment Assist with shipping, packaging, and will-call order preparation Provide friendly customer service to customers picking up orders Install printed graphics on various hardware and substrates Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of experience in print production, graphics, signage, or a related field High School Diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods Preferred Experience operating: Large Format Printers Vinyl Cutters/Plotters Laminators Knowledge of digital printing processes Familiarity with sign-making materials and substrates Experience masking, weeding, and applying vinyl graphics Experience mounting and laminating printed materials Printing and Graphics experience Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a self starter, dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. They take pride in producing high-quality work, are willing to learn new equipment and processes, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
