This role requires attention to detail, technical skill, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate 12 Head Tajima embroidery machines safely and efficiently. Load and unload garments or materials into embroidery hoops/frames. Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts. Set up machines with correct threads, needles, bobbins, and designs. Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality stitching and alignment. Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning heads, changing needles, and threading machines. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Report mechanical issues or production errors to the supervisor immediately. Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Assist with other production tasks as needed (e.g., folding, packing, or labeling). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of embroidery or garment production experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with embroidery or sewing equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Basic computer knowledge for embroidery software operation is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Work Environment Fast-paced production environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery. May require working extended hours during peak seasons. Team-oriented environment with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
