Production Control Receiving Associate

Responsibilities Receiving:

Receive, reconcile, and properly route inbound parcel and freight shipments. Unload multiple trucks a day. Ensure all receiving is completed by EOM.

Inspection & Compliance:

Perform physical inspections of incoming raw materials, hardware, and specialized components to ensure they are free of damage.

Documentation Management:

Verify and process documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and packing slips, ensuring 100% accuracy before parts enter inventory.

ERP/MRP Data Entry:

Accurately record all inbound shipments in the company's enterprise system and communicate discrepancies to Procurement teams.

Non-Conforming Material Handling:

Ability to identify and segregate items that fail to meet basic quality standards or lack proper documentation.

Specialized Material Handling:

Safely manage the receipt of temperature-sensitive items, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and others.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Interact daily with employees from many different departments at our company Headquarters, adhering to high standards of customer service. Required High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years shipping/receiving experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods. Experience with ERP/Inventory management software tools. Strict attention to detail is required. Ability to be forklift certified. Desired Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred Strong understanding of the full Supply Chain Model and how it affects other aspects of the business Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $21-$30/hr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
