Shift:
Mon to Friday 6am to 2:30pm or 2nd Shift Tues-Friday 2:30pm-11pm; Saturday 12:30-9:00pm
Pay Range:
$18.00-22.00 per hour DOE (Non-Exempt)

In Person CMSP Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Production Quality Associate to support the inspection, finishing, and packaging of high-quality components used in aerospace, defense, and healthcare applications. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who take pride in precision work and quality standards. What You'll Do Visually inspect components and perform hand trimming as instructed Use basic inspection tools and equipment to review in-process and finished parts Clean, post-cure, and prepare parts for packaging Complete inspection and production documentation daily Package and transport inspected parts according to guidelines Assist senior inspectors, production staff, and supervisors as needed Follow all company policies and safety procedures Perform additional production duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Strong attention to detail and organization skills Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred, including: Assembly line or component assembly work General manufacturing or production roles Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods within a manufacturing facility Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25-50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include machinery, noise, and varying temperatures Ability to use inspection equipment for the duration of shift Additional Information The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including those related to non-discrimination and harassment
