Job Description

Our client, a fresh produce distribution and packaging company, is looking for a Stacker to join their team in Santa Paula, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for stacking and organizing product boxes onto pallets in a fast-paced production environment while supporting other areas of production as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Stack boxes weighing 25-37 lbs onto pallets reaching up to 7 feet in height Inspect pallets for incorrect stacking and make necessary corrections including unstacking, fixing boxes, and restacking Assist in other areas of production as needed, including Countfill operations
Requirements:
Ability to repeatedly lift and stack boxes weighing 25-37 lbs throughout the entire shift Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment Team player willing to assist across multiple production areas
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$17.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through
Saturday Start Time:
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM (varies based on production needs) Overtime possible; flexible schedule required
