Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual to join our production team. This role will primarily focus on producing our signature product lines and fulfilling orders for customers and distributors. As a part of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of these products. Regular work hours 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities :

Daily production of Philosopher Foods products in food manufacturing facility. Daily fulfillment of orders for UPS/USPS and distributor pickups. Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality standards. Package products for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to food safety guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the production process. Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive, purpose-driven workplace culture.

Requirements :

Food Safety Training Certification (can be obtained on job site). Typing and computer use proficiency. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work well with a team and also work independently on tasks. A desire to contribute to a nourishing and just food system. Ability to lift 60 pounds. Physical stamina for all day manufacturing duties. Comfortability with machinery and basic tool use. Fluent English speaking. Effective communication and emotional intelligence in the workplace. Must not have tree-nut or peanut allergies for safety reasons.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in food manufacturing, particularly with nut products. Experience with order fulfillment, warehouse work, forklift preferred.

Hourly Wage :
