Production Worker - Day Shift Job Description This role supports a fast-paced bottling line that fills liquid fertilizer into bottles, packages them, and prepares them for shipment. You will work in a large warehouse-style manufacturing environment, rotating through different stations on the line while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and productivity. Responsibilities Operate on a high-speed bottling line that fills liquid fertilizer into bottles, ensuring consistent quality and output. Rotate between stations, including loading empty bottles onto the line, operating the foiling station, operating the packing station, and palletizing filled boxes for shipping. Inspect bottles and packaging to confirm labels are applied correctly and products meet quality standards. Monitor machines to ensure they run safely and efficiently, promptly addressing issues or notifying leads when needed. Keep machines stocked with the correct materials and supplies required for continuous production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the machines and throughout the production floor. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment at all times. Collaborate closely with other operators, production leads, and department personnel in a team-oriented environment. Lift and move boxes weighing approximately 50-60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Commit to consistent attendance and reliability to support production schedules and overtime needs as required. Essential Skills At least 1 year of production or manufacturing experience; this role is not open to entry-level candidates. Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and handle boxes that may weigh up to 60 lbs on a regular basis. Comfort working in a fast-paced bottling line environment with frequent physical activity and repetitive tasks. Ability to work effectively in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment. Strong team-player mindset with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of coworkers. Professionalism and maturity, with a strong commitment to following strict safety rules and workplace policies. Reliability and consistency in showing up on time and completing scheduled shifts. Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 3-6 months. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness and ability to work 10+ hours of overtime per week when needed. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Experience with general labor tasks such as bottling, packaging, boxing, picking, packing, stocking, and warehouse work. Familiarity with operating or working around equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or assembly line machinery is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility resembles a large home-improvement warehouse, with wide aisles, high shelving, bottling lines, and forklifts operating throughout the space. Work takes place on the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with regular daily overtime and occasional Saturday shifts when needed. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of the shift. Safety is a central part of the culture, and all required personal protective equipment—such as safety vests, hard hats, and safety goggles—is provided for use on the production floor. Steel-toed boots are required, and employees must supply their own; the company covers this cost for full-time employees. The workplace is highly team-oriented, with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce, and emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and adherence to all safety protocols.
