Salary Range:

$21.25 - $22.05 Hourly1. Maintain work area to THM standard.2. Works under the direction of the Supervisor.3. Operates PVC scrap grinder and pulverizer including handling and separating materials, filling containers with re-grind, and pulverized material, and keeping production records.4. Operates forklift and maintains forklift certification.5. Assists in any phase of shop operation, such as: a. Set-ups and changeovers. b. Cleaning and painting equipment. c. Sweeping and cleaning d. Handling, sorting, and storing materials and supplies.6. Bell and unitize pipe products under the direction of the supervisor7. Visually inspect pipe for flaws under the direction of the supervisor. 8. Operates banding equipment and other miscellaneous packaging equipment.9. Builds wooden frames when necessary.10. Performs all required inspections under the direction of the supervisor; wall thickness, outside diameter, ovality, cut length, bell length, and records the results per J-M specifications.11. Records all required data on inspection and equipment condition sheets under the direction of the supervisor.12. Keeps equipment and working area clean and orderly, including painting of assigned equipment.13. Uses safe working practices and reports hazardous conditions at all times.14. Performs other miscellaneous jobs as directed. QualificationsWorks under the direction of the Supervisor and or Shop Foreman. Minimum High School or equivalent experience. Demonstrate the ability to complete assigned tasks and maintain minimum standard performance. The first 90 days on the job training to demonstrate trainability and the ability to follow directions. Demonstrate the ability to learn to keep production records, work safely and keep work area clean.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate the ability to complete assigned tasks and maintain minimum standard performance. The first 90 days on the job training to demonstrate trainability and the ability to follow directions.
