Sign Shop Production & Design Coordinator Exclusive Signs & Graphics Stockton, CA Full-Time | In-Person Join Our Team Exclusive Signs & Graphics is looking for a skilled, dependable, and motivated Sign Shop Production & Design Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who understands real sign shop workflow — from file setup and production to finishing and job coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative side and the hands-on production side of the sign industry. The right person will play an important role in helping projects move smoothly from approved design to final print, cut, finish, and installation. What You'll Do Prepare customer artwork and make files print-ready for large format printing and contour cutting Operate Roland printers and Graphtec cutters Use VersaWorks or similar RIP software to set up and manage production jobs Review files for sizing, resolution, cut lines, bleed, and overall production readiness Laminate decals, prints, and graphics as needed Trim and cut finished vinyl and printed graphics on the production table Weed custom-cut decals and vinyl graphics accurately Perform finishing tasks such as masking, trimming, and prepping jobs for pickup or installation Coordinate with clients regarding revisions, approvals, and production updates Work closely with designers to make sure final files are accurate and ready for output Coordinate with installers once jobs are approved and scheduled Assist with design work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW when designers are busy Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure finished work meets company standards What We're Looking For 1-2 years of sign shop production experience required Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW Experience operating Roland printers and Graphtec cutters Experience using VersaWorks or other RIP software Strong understanding of print-ready file setup for large format printing and cutting Experience with laminating, trimming, table cutting, and weeding vinyl graphics Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines Good communication skills and professionalism with clients and team members Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple jobs at once Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with customers in a sign shop environment Knowledge of sign materials, production methods, and installation workflow Ability to step into design work when needed Strong sense of ownership and pride in producing quality work Why Join Exclusive Signs & Graphics Hands-on role with variety in both production and design support Opportunity to be an important part of a growing sign shop Work closely with clients, designers, and installers Fast-paced environment with meaningful, creative work Join a team that values quality, reliability, and organization Schedule Full-time Monday to Friday (possibly weekends if required) Day shift Work Location In person Stockton, CA Pay $24.00 - $28.49 per hour Pay based on experience How to Apply Please apply with your resume and a brief summary of your sign shop production experience, including the equipment and software you have used.
