1:30 PM or 2:30 PM Role Overview BEPC Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support production operations for our client in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a production environment using microscopes and precision tools. The Manufacturing Operator will perform production and inspection activities while following detailed procedures to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing and production tasks following established procedures and policies. Inspect components using microscopes and precision tools to ensure quality standards are met. Follow written instructions, diagrams, and training materials to complete production tasks. Maintain accurate production documentation and records. Adhere to all company safety standards and manufacturing policies. Handle materials and components carefully during production processes. Support production goals while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device manufacturing is a plus). Comfortable working with microscopes for inspection tasks . Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) and ability to participate in instructor-led training sessions. Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and procedures. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division . Ability to use hand tools to manipulate or handle components.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours per day . Ability to crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull intermittently . Ability to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds . Must possess strong visual acuity , including close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Must pass an eye exam and color vision test .
