Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to help with the daily production of artisan food products. This role includes mixing, baking, cooling, packaging, cleaning, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things well, and can maintain both quality and speed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Monitor product during production
• Package finished goods neatly and consistently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Support overall production flow and efficiency
