Standard:
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Training may require earlier start (4:00-5:00 AM) Flexibility required for earlier shifts, weekends, or potential swing/grave shifts based on production needs About the Role We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support production operations with a focus on manual visual inspection and packaging of finished units. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting. Key Responsibilities Perform manufacturing tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Conduct manual visual inspection of product and support packaging of approved units Operate and monitor processing equipment used in production Identify process anomalies and escalate issues as needed Support adherence to production schedules and operational timelines Review, revise, and audit production documentation Accurately complete and maintain records within systems such as: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Electronic Batch Records (EBR) SAP or similar systems Communicate production issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them Build effective working relationships across teams and departments Maintain compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements Support flexible scheduling needs, including early shifts or weekend work Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn manufacturing systems Ability to interpret and follow procedures and regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills Consistent attendance, reliability, and adaptability Ability to pass a vision exam, including color differentiation Preferred Qualifications Experience with manual visual inspection in a regulated environment Familiarity with SAP or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Experience with electronic batch record systems (e.g., PAS-X or similar) General understanding of bioprocessing or drug product manufacturing Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based, professional environment Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong problem recognition and escalation skills Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Collaborative and team-oriented mindset Work Environment This is a fully onsite position in a regulated manufacturing environment requiring adherence to strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Thousand Oaks, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
