Duties Operate food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards to ensure food safety and quality. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards. Conduct routine sanitation of work areas, machinery, and tools to uphold strict hygiene protocols. Monitor production lines for proper functioning, identify mechanical issues, and report maintenance needs using basic mechanical knowledge. Perform basic math calculations for portioning, weighing ingredients, or verifying quantities during production processes. Support adherence to food safety policies by documenting procedures, inspecting products for quality assurance, and participating in internal audits. Palletize finished products Experience Prior experience in food production or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Knowledge of FDA regulations related to food safety is a plus. Familiarity with HACCP principles and CGMP standards is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge or experience operating machinery in a food processing plant is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Comfortable using basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
