You'll be: Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand. Following established operation procedures, work instructions, and maintaining accurate training records. Executing the daily production plan, ensuring on-time completion of work orders and adherence to quality standards. Training to SOPs, following engineering drawings, and complying with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations. Troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating when necessary, and recommending quality improvements. Cooperating with cross-functional teams to maintain a focus on quality and efficiency. Maintaining a safe, clean working environment and training new team members as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Can read, write, and speak fluent English. Are proficient with Microsoft applications. Possess solid decision-making and priority-setting skills. Thrive in a goal-focused, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Are detail-oriented, disciplined, and eager to learn and participate in lean manufacturing principles. Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and maintain detailed production records.
