- What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Associate? You'll be:
- + Aligning, calibrating, and executing test methods of varied complexity according to operational plans and customer demand.
+ Following established operation procedures, work instructions, and maintaining accurate training records. + Executing the daily production plan, ensuring on-time completion of work orders and adherence to quality standards. + Training to SOPs, following engineering drawings, and complying with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations. + Troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating when necessary, and recommending quality improvements. + Cooperating with cross-functional teams to maintain a focus on quality and efficiency. + Maintaining a safe, clean working environment and training new team members as needed.
