Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking Seasonal Fulfillment Specialists for a temporary, project-based opportunity in Boulder, CO. In this role, you will support a fast-paced fulfillment operation by assembling ski pass kits with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly, mailroom, print, packaging, fulfillment, or light production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a structured team environment. The position offers steady weekday hours, clear production goals, supportive supervision, and the potential for long-term opportunities based on performance and business needs. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play an important role in helping complete high-volume kit assembly projects accurately and on time. Success in this role requires reliability, focus, teamwork, and the ability to maintain quality while working at a consistent pace. Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble ski pass kits by packaging multiple items into folders and envelopes.
  • Maintain an expected production rate of 120 kits per hour while ensuring accuracy.
  • Follow established quality standards, fulfillment procedures, and hourly production expectations.
  • Perform light lifting up to 30 lbs., with assistance available for heavier items.
  • Use basic computer skills and equipment knowledge to support fulfillment and production tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to help keep workflow on track. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $17.50 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Job type: Temporary contract.
  • Location:
    Boulder, CO.
