Full Job Description Schedule:
(2) Sunday to Thursday 2:30pm-10:30pm (2) Monday to Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Job Summary:
The Lee Hill PM Production Associate role performs hybrid responsibilities between production baking and the processing and packaging of finished products. This position requires the ability to perform multiple functions within the Lee Hill Warehouse and the flexibility to pivot between responsibilities as needed based on production needs. The main focus will be on preparing and packing night delivery orders to our local coffee shop customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Pack nightly orders and follow processes to ensure no packing errors are made Communicate with manager to investigate any packing slip issues Ensure product orders are packed and moved carefully. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls. Maintain records relating to orders, inventory, and production levels. Clean and restock workstations and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift. Follow company packing procedures and standards. Handle inventory with care and attention to detail. Adhere to safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment. Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same. Work at different stations as production requires. Inspect, weigh, and package products. Monitor flow of product into processing machinery as needed. Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operations of equipment. Complete assigned duties efficiently using excellent time management. Seek additional tasks when initial assigned duties have been completed. Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to maintain consistent, predictable punctuality for shifts. Strong communication, time, and resource management. Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products. Basic math and computer skills. Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Related experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in hot, hectic environments. Ability to work moving items in and out of freezers Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, using hands and appliances.
