PM Saturday:
6:00 AM
  • 11:00 AM Overtime may be required based on production demands.
Position Summary We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Rebar Associates to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This position is responsible for assisting with the fabrication, handling, bundling, and movement of reinforcing steel products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working long hours on their feet and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the production, assembly, and preparation of rebar products. Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility. Operate hand tools and equipment as trained. Follow work orders, production schedules, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Identify and report potential safety hazards or equipment issues. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods. Regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to work long shifts in an industrial environment. Must be steady and confident on your feet while navigating around machinery, materials, and other workplace hazards. Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings and safely move throughout active production areas. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or rebar experience preferred but not required. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Capable of working in a physically demanding environment and maintaining productivity throughout the shift. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination to verify the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position. Pre-Employment Requirements Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required prior to starting employment. Candidates must meet the physical demands of the position as determined by the examination.
