Hiring Production Associates - 2nd Shift (Full-Time) Join a fast‑paced manufacturing team that produces and packages exterior caulk used by commercial construction companies across the country. 2nd shift, Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30

PM Training:

First week, Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Pay:

$25.00/hr

Manufacturing Facility Job Description:

As a Production Associate, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards. Filling buckets with finished product and palletizing completed goods Completing quality assurance documentation after palletization Maintaining accurate inventory records of finished products Packaging caulk into boxes and verifying correct labeling Supporting the production team to meet daily output goals Cleaning, loading, and maintaining production areas as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor Strong general labor and production abilities Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented work style Ability to operate forklifts and production machinery (

• preferred) Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic mechanical troubleshooting (
• preferred)
