Production Worker

Description Production workers for concrete plant. Setting, filling and grating forms. Will also be doing daily duties such as sweeping and picking up to keep work area clean. Skills construction, concrete, finisher, precast concrete, production, General production, Concrete finishing, power tool, hand tool Top Skills Details construction,concrete,finisher,precast concrete Additional Skills & Qualifications Must Have experience in one of the following areas: concrete, concrete finishing or sheetrock finishing AND know how to use hand tools and a tape measure. Willing to train but must be okay with the physicality of the job and that it is dusty/dirty Need to be okay with flexible schedule. Start time may vary (4 am to 9am) Work with co-workers to strip, set-up and pour the bed in a timely manner. Work with the Quality Control Department to ensure optimal quality. Take direction from their Team Leader and Supervisor. Flexible to perform work in any area including Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, Finish Building, and other areas as needed. Maintain a safe environment and have good housekeeping skills while working. Participate in Lean Manufacturing objectives and improves the efficiencies of the department. Have knowledge of quality program and be able to perform quality work. Come to work with a good attitude and work the hours needed to fulfill the job requirements. Knowledgeable of day-to-day tasks that are performed and are aware of what the next step is without being told. Maintain a professional relationship with employees in the plant and office. Support company policies and have a positive attitude while working. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job including, but not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling. Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
