Production Worker

🏗️ Production Worker - Concrete Manufacturing We're looking for a skilled Production Worker with hands‑on finishing experience to join our concrete manufacturing team. If you have at least 1 year of concrete finishing or drywall (sheetrock) finishing experience and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physical environment, this is an opportunity to build a long‑term career with stability and growth. This role plays a critical part in producing high‑quality concrete products by setting, filling, finishing, and maintaining forms while working closely with a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency. 🔨 What You'll Do Set, fill, and grate concrete forms with precision Strip, set up, and pour beds in collaboration with your team Perform daily cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal to maintain a safe workspace Work alongside Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications Follow direction from Team Leaders and Supervisors Rotate between departments such as Architectural, Spancrete, Yard, Finish Building, and others as needed Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency Maintain professional working relationships across plant and office teams Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned ✅ Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 1 year of concrete finishing or drywall (sheetrock) finishing experience Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools confidently Experience with power tools is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work in a physical, dusty, and hands‑on environment ➕ Preferred Qualifications Pre‑cast concrete or general concrete production experience Knowledge of production workflows and finishing techniques Flexibility to train, learn new tasks, and work across departments Availability for flexible start times between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM 💪 Physical Requirements This role requires the ability to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, and crawl throughout the workday. 🕒 Work Schedule & Environment Day shift with flexible start times between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM 4 ten‑hour shifts (4x10s) Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions During busy seasons, expect longer days, Saturdays, and 60-70 hour workweeks Each crew is supported by a dedicated Team Leader and Supervisor 🌟 Why Work With Us?
