First week is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Build Something That Lasts—Join Our Production Team We're looking for dependable, hardworking Production Workers to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility that produces and packages exterior caulk used by commercial construction companies nationwide. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a team that keeps operations moving, this role is for you. What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet quality standards and production goals.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Dumping finished product into buckets and palletizing once filled Completing quality assurance documentation after palletization Maintaining accurate inventory records of finished goods Packaging finished caulk into boxes and verifying accurate labeling Working closely with the production team to meet daily output targets Loading, cleaning, and maintaining production areas as needed

What We're Looking For Required Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or general labor

Essential Skills:

Strong general labor and production skills Ability to operate forklifts and production machinery Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic mechanical troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production line processes Experience with assembly, packaging, and tape measure use Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
