Hey! We need some help getting caught up in production! It would be awesome to have a talented individual who is motivated to roll up their sleeves, dig-in and help drive us forward. Temporary Production Assistant The Production Assistant will help with packaging and operation of MedSafety Solution's automated and manual manufacturing equipment.

He / She

will ensure consistent and efficient running of production. The Production Assistant is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so he / she should possess a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since most tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal of the Production Assistant position will be to assist production so that production is carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency, profitability, and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up work area and machines (e.g., line clearance, calibration, cleaning, paperwork, etc.) to begin a production cycle. Control and adjust machine per allowable parameters. Label, fill, and tape boxes. Feed raw materials and components necessary to maintain continuing machine operation. Inspect and test parts with precision and measuring tools. Test operation of machines periodically. Fix and / or communicate issues that arise during shift. Check output periodically to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws. Prepare / complete all production related paperwork and records per procedure (e.g., device history record, production output, scrap rates, label control, non-conformance reporting, etc.). Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measuring tools (e.g. counting scales, etc.). Ability to understand and adhere to production procedures. Ability to understand and adhere to environmental, health, and safety requirements. Ability to read procedures, instructions, and packaging drawings written in english. Attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and strength. Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits Hourly Range:

$20/hr As a temporary position, this position offers no benefits or paid time off.
