Job Description

The Production Assistant at Cole Brands is an employee that can work diligently in a highly structured production space environment, is willing to assist in all areas of production, and can troubleshoot problems as they arise. They enjoy the production process of orders and have a keen eye for quality control details. Roles and Responsibilities Primarily Assist with Screenprint jobs Assist with Customer pick ups Organizing and helping with various tasks to keep jobs flowing efficiently Daily cleaning tasks (Workstations cleaned, Screen Printing cleaning) Other Production related projects Enjoys working on a small team environment Professional Requirements Respects company time & production deadlines Is a self-starter and take initiative No cell phone usage during work hours (unless emergency) Keeps communication lines open across departments Follows company procedures, processes and policies Skills Needed Detail oriented Work as a team player Ability to problem solve Ability to take and follow directions Has 1-2 years of screen print experience Ability to stand all day & lift up to 50lbs
