Monday•Thursday, 3:50 PM•2:20 AM Possible overtime on Fridays Help Us Create Beauty Products People Love Are you someone who notices the little details, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in producing high-quality products? Join our growing beauty manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Line Lead QC and play a key role in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards. This position combines quality control, production support, and leadership responsibilities. You'll work closely with Quality Control Leaders and Production Line Leads to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. What You'll Do As a Line Lead QC, you'll be the eyes and ears of quality on the production floor.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Complete quality checks every 15-30 minutes, including torque, fill weight, lot code verification, and other required inspections Accurately complete quality documentation and production records Coordinate with production personnel when out-of-specification results occur Perform documented quality checks according to company policies Review Quality Deviations (QDs) and TAMUs with the packing team Execute daily 5S activities, safety reports, and shift handoff reports Review, complete, and support controlled documentation requirements Inspect materials, products, and packaging components throughout the manufacturing process Verify the correct materials and components are available before production starts Support multiple workstations and assist production teams as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow GMP, cGMP, OSHA, and company safety standards Promote lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement Work with integrity and attention to detail to produce high-quality beauty products

What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math and troubleshooting skills Experience using pallet jacks, tape guns, tape machines, heat guns, and labelers Ability to follow written procedures and complete documentation accurately Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:
