m. | $22.00/hr Job Summary Production Workers support a full-cycle manufacturing process producing stainless steel band clamps. This role involves operating production machinery, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality checks, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production machinery (up to two machines once trained) Load materials and ensure continuous machine operation Perform routine quality inspections Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed Monitor equipment and report issues promptly Count, box, and label finished products Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace Requirements 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods and work in a loud environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable working independently after training Work Environment Clean, organized, high-volume manufacturing facility producing steel products.
